Oh, Happy Friday, readers!

We skipped last week’s Weekly Weigh-In post to make room for properly introducing the fantastic Jessica DiGiacinto and giving her our full attention so she could tell us all about the diet choices she’s made and what we can expect from her in the future regarding food, supplements, and the link between what we put in our bodies and how it makes us feel.

So, that means this Friday, we have two weeks to weigh in on, and as you can probably tell from this post’s image…

…a lot of laziness is what I dealt with.

Actually, that’s not entirely true. I was anything but lazy over the past couple of weeks. However, there were several days when I wanted to be lazy.

Oh, how I wanted to be lazy.

Understand that I’m not talking about taking a day off. I’m not even talking about taking two days off. Days off can be good, after all.

No, I’m talking about finishing my day curled up with Netflix and something bad for my waistline rather than a workout and my usual veggie-filled meal.

It’s not uncommon for me to get to a point where procrastination starts taking over. I don’t really know what triggered it this time around, but once it hit, I did a little soul searching and ended up writing 9 Ways To Stay On The Workout Wagon which – fortunately – kept me from falling off.
