  1. Look forward to your Mondays, Margarita, whatever they are called! Our classes on body image at Green Mountain are usually on Mondays, too. I’ll be sure to encourage our participants to check Weightless for helpful ideas. Today’s are great.

    There’s just something about Mondays, I tell ya! 🙂 It’s probably sadness that the weekend is over, and it’s time to work, even though I really enjoy what I do anyway.

    I’d love to hear about an exercise that you teach at your body image classes at Green Mountain. It’d be great to feature it in a post, if you’re interested.
