    Thank you for your article. I agree completely an am working through this in therapy. Some people, though, encourage me to read inspirational books, listen to famous motivational speakers, go to uplifting conferences, etc. what role, if any, do you see these things playing in recovery from depression, PTSD, and/or emotional/sexual abuse?
