I eat when I’m in pain and I have a progressive disease that makes me have pain 24/7. Along with the pain comes depression, also a trigger for me too eat. This article hits home. Thanks.

What a relief it is to read this. I suffer from treatment resistant depression and anxiety. Also high blood pressure and heart disease. The combination of all the meds and lack of motivation has made me overweight for the first time in my 60 plus years. I beat myself up on a daily basis — which makes me eat more. I’m printing this and posting it where I can see it every day. I think it will take the pressure off and I’ll be able to get to a healthy weight. Thank you for writing this.
