    This is an amazing article! I find myself having negative thinking and talk about my body basically all Day everyday! I struggled with bulimia for 26 years, and although I stopped purging and binging I have not stopped speaking and thinking negatively about myself and food! This article gives me a whole new way of thinking! Thank you
