    Thank you this note on speaking up. The bystander who does not speak up is known to have a significant impact on relationships at work, school and in any other setting.
    The National Film Board documentary by Lynne Glazier called “It’s a Girl’s World” does an excellent job of outlining the psychological impact and processes of social behaviours.
    Worth a look!
