    What lovely and wise reminders. I particularly appreciate saying no to what doesn’t nourish you and noticing what/who drains you. Always good reminders. Thank you.

    I appreciated your thoughts very much. I know I am a sensitive person but not sure if I’m a “ highly sensitive “ person. Is there a distinction ? I am a male , yet I can easily be brought to tears by certain thoughts, environments , and music. To name a few. I have a gruff exterior to try and hide this part of me which I know society considers weak but I personally cherish. I just want to learn how to live a peaceful inner life. Despite all the outside noise and distractions. I know I don’t know how to make boundaries. I am easily used. I just wanted to share that because you made me think about it. And I think that was a good thing. Thank you.
