    Great ideas! I learned from my own years of struggling with my weight that you can’t get anywhere by punishing yourself. Just like the article recommends, I started replacing ‘punishing’ activities like endless, boring gym workouts with fun stuff like pickleball and walking outdoors. This helped my attitude immeasurably! When you enjoy what you’re doing, it’s easy to stick with the plan. If your path to self improvement becomes a burden, you are bound to fail eventually. Excess weight is not a moral issue that requires atonement, think twice about making yourself suffer to lose weight! Find fun,rewarding activities to replace the drudgery and it’s much easier to stay focused on the goal.
