So many of us struggle with feeling¬†our feelings. Maybe we were taught to dismiss them, to pretend they don’t exist. Maybe we were taught that anger is an emotion to swallow¬†and sadness an emotion to sweep away.

    Having read this is makes sense but I see where it would be difficult to master but worth mastering. We all have been brought up to avoid unpleasant emotions. This sounds like a good way to get in touch and understand them more.
