    When I was going thru’ a tough hard time a counsellor suggested to me to start a
    happiness book . I put in it photos cards pictures clippings of things that make me
    happy..it helped me notice the good things in my life then… made me feel somewhat better

    Everyday at the dinner table we share our favorite part of the day and our hardest part of the day. This is an easier way to think about gratitude and difficult emotions for my 2.5yo and my 8yo. I would like to start documenting this practice and a jar might be fun for the kids too. Thanks! =)
