    Thank you for all your suggestions. some I have been taught before, such as the breathing and visualization techniques. I am hoping these will help my shaking and my nervousness.

      @ Linda, you’re welcome! I hope they help, too. And if they don’t, just remember that there are plenty of other resources you can try. For instance, you can explore meditation apps and books on anxiety. There are many helpful ways to navigate nervousness.
