This is a wonderful interview! So many people are unfamiliar with the concept of eating for health and well-being, and having a normal relationship with food, rather than focusing on weight-loss diets. I love the 5 stages from “relief to grief”! Thanks for featuring Judith & Ellen, and for asking such thoughtful questions.

Thanks so much, Elizabeth! I think dieting (and restriction) has become synonymous with healthy eating, which is very unfortunate. We’re taught to focus more on calories and weight rather than listening to our bodies and enjoying delicious foods, whether that be chocolate or fruit.

I love the five stages, too, and I can certainly relate.

I’m so glad you found the interview helpful!! I’m really thankful to Judith and Ellen for such an awesome and insightful interview. 🙂
