    The one with the candles is really good, I have found it helpful, I have also found helpful visualizing peeling a green apple. Especially remembering the aroma, feels refreshing and relaxing.

      @ Greta, I love apples, so I’ll definitely be trying that one. 🙂 I do notice that whenever I’m peeling or cutting fruits and veggies it relaxes me, so I can totally see how visualizing this would work, too.

    I found the leaf visualization difficult to follow, I like the 10 candels, I could visualized it better. Great article.
