    Thank you so much for this! Weighing myself is a trigger for anxiety for me, and I’m trying to get healthy without focusing on the numbers. I don’t want to lose weight, I just want to be healthy, and I have had trouble finding resources to do this that don’t involve numbers (I will obsess over them).

      @ Julia, you’re welcome! I’m so happy this helped you! Unfortunately, it’s really hard to find resources on taking good care of yourself and practicing healthy habits that don’t say anything about weight loss. Which is sooo frustrating!
