    I always suffer from the guilt, and feelings of laziness. Trying hard to just take time for me, and recognize that my wants and needs are deserving of time.

      I understand that Claire. When I first started trying to get more rest I would set my alarm for 15 minutes, then just lay there; if I thought of my to do list, I didn’t beat myself up for it. After a while I was able to lay down longer and even get a good nap in without thinking of my “to do” list.
