Complete These Sentences to Explore and Reconnect with Yourself

These sentences examine a variety of subjects — everything from what you think about yourself, to what your ideal day looks like, to what thoughts you can’t stop dwelling on.

Some sentences might elicit quick responses, while others require more examination, investigation and contemplation. Take out your journal, sit back, make yourself a cup of tea, and start exploring.
