Last year I shared a selection of my favorite inspiring quotes. Today, I’d like to do the same. It’s amazing how much impact a few words can have.

They can serve as a reminder of our own power, of the beauty in our worlds. They can help us breathe in the moment.

They can lift our moods, and remind us of what’s important. They can spur us to action. They can make us smile.

Those few words are often carriers of many lessons.

All of these quotes are from a really sweet book called The Art of Living Joyfully: How to Be Happier Every Day of the Year by Allen Klein. And they’re on everything from beauty to creativity to spirituality.
