Oh, yeah… I am one and I raised at least one…

    “If I can’t do it well, I won’t do it at all”…

And procrastination? I’m doing it right now — at work, nonetheless!

Are there any specific ways you deal with your perfectionism, Linda? I find that generally, when I am aware of the things I do I can do something about it. When it comes to perfectionism, things are different. Awareness helps a little, but focused and consistent effort to actually make a change in behavior…that proves more challenging. Or maybe it goes deeper than changing behaviors?
