Deffine difficult people. Please. The most annoying person I can tthink of is front runner for Republican party. Its hard to imagine dealingg with a more difficult person than The Donald. I hope as a nation we will walk away from him.
    But please, define difficult people.

I work for a large retail store and every day I get at least one customer who comes in with a chip on their shoulder. I cannot speak up for myself as management always takes the side of the customer. I think part of the reason people react negatively is that I’m 74 yrs. old (ageism). I always wish them well and try to defuse the situation by being quiet. Thankfully I plan to retire by March of 2017 (if I don’t get fired first :).
