I have been depressed for over 50 years. Which treatment should I try first. I have been in contact with a TMS doctor but haven’t started treatment yet. It is a hour and half round trip to his office times 36 sessions.

I just finished TMS treatments for depression in October and I have to say I was skeptical in the beginning but friends and family noticed a difference. Once over I felt much better for a couple months but now back into a slump. I think there are supposed to be ‘touch up’ sessions hopefully they will help.
