    Thank you for the article, sir. It is distressing to think that a client was in therapy for more than 3-5 sessions and not getting what he/the needs.
    I was that person. The money spent was nothing compared to the time and energy. Energy and time that I could have spent with my family, working or many other things in my life.
    Lastly, you make it sound like Denise was back on track with another therapist and all was fine.
    Not always the case. The lack of trust I have after bad therapy will need to be dealt with. Because I have caring friends and family, I really don’t need to pull apart my lack of trust. I need to work more on who and when to trust. It’s all about practicing when it come to trust.
