    I have been on almost every way of eating under the sun, including Paleo, and now I am vegan. I have never felt better in my entire life. And I also suffer from depression, anxiety, negative body image, skin picking, and more. But recovery from depression is not just diet. It involves meditation, laughter, gratitude, exercise, getting enough sleep, cutting way down on sugars, except fruit, helping others,etc. If you are expecting veganism to fix everything, it will not work. But it is definitely part of my recovery.
