A rush of memories came flooding back just reading this post. I think we’ve been on the same journey. It doesn’t get any easier. Can’t wait to read the continued posts.

We have hundreds of people whose lives are being destroyed by Child Protective Services because of children like this.

    Nobody cares.

I understood exactly what you were saying about doctors sending you to other doctors;and the frustration of nobody being able to really offer sound help. My son is diagnosed with PDD-NOS, ADHD and APD. HE is in first grade. HE is presenting with much more anxiety, and is stuttering. I am feeling hopeless and defeated. HE is on focalin (which I believe is causing the stammering),but w/o it, he absolutely can not pay attention. I am not sure what else to do. My next step will probably be neuropsychiatry. SHannon

I understand how you might be feeling hopeless and defeated. Might I suggest you contact Kathleen from Pickl-it? She is in touch with some top doctors, perhaps that would be helpful? I have anecdotally seen some results with children who make some dietary changes so perhaps you can ask her about those as well.
Perhaps a multi-pronged approach (as overwhelming as it sounds) might be helpful.
I wish you success. Keep in touch and let me know how it is going with your son.
