What a lovely article about the benefits of mindfulness. I remember practising mindfulness walking down the road last spring, the sun was warm and the wind was gentle and I was just experiencing these sensations, then I realised I was smiling 🙂
So true, Gabrielle! No bugs or ducks where I live right now…but I do see beautiful, crisp, white snow covering our lawn and my neighbors rooftops…and I also notice my son’s and daughter’s beautiful faces as they head off for another exciting day at school! I am mindful of the everyday miracles.
