    I’m all about the mind-body connection and think this is a great educational blog. I will definitely watch more of what I eat since I know I don’t have a balanced enough diet. Thank you.

    I agree the body and mind is linked. When your mind is seriously worried, your body will refuse to move, that’s why often when you’re not happy you won’t feel like getting off the bed.

    And of course what you eat affects the health positively or negatively.

    To illustrate, 2 months ago my mum was sick and we had to take her for a check up. The doctors didn’t find anything wrong with her, except that her cholesterol was high and they suggested the adjustment we should make in her diet to reduce it. We did, and after a month when she went for another check-up the cholesterol had greatly reduced.

    Thanks for reminding people of the benefit of a good diet to their health.
