    Ha, I’ve been told that I get in my own way BY questioning my limitations. It has kept me alive and partially functioning, but no, apparently I am too optimistic and must challenge myself by not challenging myself.

    I have already lost so much to this illness. I don’t want to lose even more.

    Each time a limiting belief pops up along with an emotion of anxiety I ask myself two question: Why not me too? and why not even NOW? surprisingly changes the way I feel!!
