    I’ve learned to track my mood through the week. I find that, on my longer workdays (I work 1.5 jobs), which are Tuesdays and Thursdays, I can feel pretty down at the end of the evening. But I remind myself that this is my tired moment, and when I sleep everything will feel a bit better.

    I’ve also started practicing meditation with Calm.Com (free), and have been recommending this to my readers and clients.

    What drivel. Kick out the jams, burn down the mission, and let the chips fall where they msy.
