I think this a wonderful conversation about Sunday night anxiety. I’m a yoga teacher on the North side of Chicago. I designed a yoga class around this topic. It’s a 5-6 pm , every Sunday evening and I have had full classes. Getting some great feed back.

Thank you for your quick response. I love the article and have been passing it on to a couple of the studios I work with. You can reach me at yoga [email protected] . I’m happy to answer any question you or your therapist
may have. Also, I am the featured teacher in Yoga Chicago this month (blushing) and they listed all of my contact info as well.

Thanks again. I so appreciate your work.

Good suggestions. I dreaded Sunday nights. Maybe as an addition to #6 – I started a small company that makes a product to help curb Sunday Night Anxiety. It’s called Sleepyhead (www.drinksleepyhead.com).

It is an all-natural, hot sleep aid drink. Just mix a packet with hot water or milk.

We get a lot of feedback from our customers saying how it helps curb Sunday night anxiety so they can sleep.

I thought I would pass the suggestion along. You can also find it on Amazon if you search “sleepyhead.”
