A fabulous article Tess with so many valuable points for business owners worldwide (and for the general population at large).

There are so many useful points you raise in this article. I really have benefited from the abundance mindset concept.

I know the other side of my families business world, there is scarcity and undersupply and each year we face hiring just the right number of staff, succession planning and non-compete clauses on contracts because although many people have good business etiquette, many do not. And I’m geberal aviation turn over of staff is naturally high. Pilots are usually aiming for the right amount of training and hours to take on positions in the airlines (where the flying is less fun!).

Being able to combine the experience of running a private practice combined with the learnings if operating a multi-faceted aviation company makes me wonder how my mindset will grow to accommodate both learnings.
