There are many reasons to like and respect what Bella says — not only about what she focuses on — singles living a singles life with joy — but also her decidedly wonderful and pervasive research angle. Almost all of her writings and blogs that I have read have some kind of numerical research results. Not everyone does that in their blogs. I would surmise that that love of research and numbers is a fundamental value and personality trait.

There are many personality trait systems. One I like is called BANK code. I did some research on the use of BANK code and American presidential politics, and I think that the results gave a new perspective on people like Trump (I call him Donald Twump) and Hillary Clinton. Twump’s predominant personality type in BANK Code also is consistent with his behavior and propensity to lie. (I did read Bella’s article on Twump’s lying first, then this one.)

My curiosity is whether the single’s single person, in general, fall into particular personality types? If you want to find out your BANK Code personality type go to Four-Cards.com and follow the links to play the cards and get your report.

I’d love to compile the results. If you put the word “Single” after your last name I can do the research.

And the whole issue of spirituality vs (or plus or neither) religion is fascinating to me. When people ask me, I say “Quaker Buddhist Taoist” but that doesn’t completely get it right. Good enough as a conversation starter though.

Belated thanks for this, Dr. Jay. I was fleeing the wildfires so never got a chance to reply until now.
