    Appreciate the insights. Recovery is a lifetime. Maintenance is critical. Being outside of “guardrails” is great visual.

    And then there are those who must travel for a living such as airline pilots. Male pilots are prime candidates for infidelity and sex addiction. I see a lot of it in pilot wife groups online. A pilot can’t simply decide not to travel. Instead, they have to dig deep and really lean into recovery if they’re to have any chance at recovering at all. Easier said than done.
