    Thank you for sharing these 5 useful tips. All of these tips would most likely prove beneficial. I also think forgiveness is something that can be added. Learning to forgive yourself can work wonders. I know the 5 tips provided would not be intended to the only 5 absolute recommendations, so just thought I would add another.

      You are so right, there are many useful tips for recovering after a crisis. I think forgiveness of self is an excellent one – I have needed to do that so many times. Thank you for sharing!
