    This is wonderful news. I have forwarded your name and blog title to my psychotherapist. Does this type of therapy help people who have PTSD along with one or more TBIs?
    Does it work on trauma and injury sustained 10-20 years ago and in separate instances?

      Thanks for your comment. EMDR definitely helps people with PTSD…as relates to TBI, you would have to do some research to see if the protocol has been applied to TBIs specifically. EMDR is a trauma-informed modality as relates to psychological trauma which is “held” the the body in a somatic way, emotionally, and then cognitively.
