    I finally got there ..conscious detachment thank U Jesus! I thought I was just making myself worse that day that I did not feel any emotion towards his belligerent attitude and politely said aren’t you tired of trying to find things to say , or today you just to hurt me. I realize this makes you feel better about yourself if not it Really is OK for me not to knowEither way. I’ve forgiven you I don’t hate you I wish you the best I wish youWould try to Get help. I felt so relieved I wanting to do and say things without being hateful or her trying to come back and argue a point about something you said because impossible it’s like going in circles it never stops tell somebody stops it. At first I wasn’t sure that I did myself any good because I had no emotion. But YAY #Better life
