    If your therapist is good with you that is the best time to go to therapy. I am fortunate to have finally scored a great one for me after 25-30 yrs of OK to middlin´. The no crisis moments just as in all of life are when you have the opportunity to really use your head and skills to fix self, to gain insight, to progress towards a different mental and emotional state.
