Don’t Give Up When He (Or She) Won’t Open Up

Twelve steps to getting unstuck.

One of the most frequently-voiced complaints that we hear from our clients and students (and admittedly, it usually tends to be women who we are hearing it from) is “He won’t talk to me.” “I can’t get him to open up. No matter what I do, I can’t get anything more than a one-word or one syllable response. Sometimes I don’t even get that!” “I’m so frustrated, I could scream!”

So 85% of all “relationship discussions” are initiated by women? I’m not surprised. Statistically, it should be around 50%. What does this tell us about women? It tells me that they don’t know what they want, are constantly changing their minds, are hyper-sensitive, over analyze everything, and constantly over react. Yup, all the things women hate to hear. Well, it must be true, and the fact that it bothers you so much when you’re called it means that you know it’s true too. The only way to deal with a woman who is constantly having to “discuss the relationship” and be reassured is to dump her. Quickly. She wants drama rather than happiness. She’s only happy if you’re under her control. I honestly don’t think men and women are meant to be together. Men are so much happier when they completely eliminate women from their lives.
