All major religions have core teachings about patience, tolerance, acceptance, justice, caring, compassion, forgiveness, and generosity. It is the time honored wisdom of the ages.

My husband has Apsergers and now terminal cancer. Our relationship has always been strained but we have tried very hard to grow in love and support of one another. I don’t know if we have actually helped or hurt each other more along the way but in these end times it get pretty clear what is petty and that love should rein supreme.

It’s not too late to grow in love and support. A terminal cancer diagnosis can be a powerful catalyst to make your last segment of time together as loving as it can possibly be.

I constantly see articles like this, yet never articles on the concrete steps to take to help yourself open up to and in relationships. It’s extremely annoying.
