  1. Don’t look at things in the long term. You’ll just cause your anxiety to erupt even more. We are given one day at a time, concentrate on getting through this one before thinking about tomorrow. This is from someone who lost everything several times in my life. If you aren’t addicted, or doing something illegal, things will work out.
