3 Productive Ways To Enjoy Your New Years Day With Schizophrenia

Do you suffer from Schizophrenia?  Are you looking for ways to spend your New Years Day?  If so, continue reading this article.  This article will provide readers with three ways to enjoy their New Years Day, despite suffering from Schizophrenia.

Make A List Of New Years Goals

On a first note, you can spend your New Years Day by making a list of New Years Goals.  Why do I say New Years goals as opposed to New Years Resolutions?  Well, to explain further, New Years Goals are measurable.  This means you can plan a specific date to complete these goals.  In contrast, New Years Resolutions are not measurable.  They are vague.  You do not have a specific date or time frame to complete these tasks.  Try to plan at least one New Years Goal.  It will give you something to look forward to.  Go for it.  Do not give up on your goals even if you get discouraged at first.  Keep trying.

Spend The Day Drinking Hot Chocolate And Watching A Movie

In addition to making a list of New Years Goals, you can also spend the day drinking hot chocolate and watching a movie.  Put on a nice holiday movie and sip hot chocolate.  If you like marshmallows, put marshmallows in your hot chocolate.  The more festive the better.  Grab your nice fussy blanket and watch a nice holiday movie.  Relax on New Years Day.  You have a whole year ahead of you.  Enjoy the holiday while it lasts.  You have 364 days ahead of you to have the best year of your life.

Journal On How You Can Make 2018 The Best Year Yet

In addition to making a list of new years goals and spending the day drinking hot chocolate and watching a movie, you can also journal on how you can make 2018 the best year yet.  Reflect on what you did in 2017 to make 2018 even better.  When you have something written down on a sheet of paper, it is there.  It is visual to you.  You can see it.  Use this as motivation to make 2018 better than the year before.

Conclusion

To end this article, three ideas have been mentioned for New Years Day.  They include: making a list of New Years Goals, spending the day drinking hot chocolate and watching a movie, in addition to journaling on how you can make 2018 the best year yet.  Accomplish your goals in the New Year!
