  1. Darius, thank you for writing this article. Unfortunately it highlights in every single point, my own actions more often than I would care to admit.

    Perfectionists’ tendencies toward self and others can harm our relationships with other people and bring our own self esteem down greatly!

    It helped me to see exactly where mistakes have been made and with seeing this clearly, it can help perhaps, for me to move further in life being careful and trying to not be quite so hard on myself and other’s?

    Worrying about others can causes one to push them away and not draw them closer . We need to know when we are trying too hard ,and not being helpful.

    This stood out the strongest for myself anyway, to try to take with me.
