I’m impressed with your understanding of what makes a person keep going back to the same kind of relationship over and over. I’m one of those women who continually choose relationships that at first seem wonderful and then turn into unhealthy, abusive, and cold leaving me wondering if I’m worth loving. I read most of your articles and they always seem to be helpful in some way.

I’m so sorry that you end up in abusive situations. I hope that you will find someone who treats you well and that you are safe.

      You are worth loving. -Tamara

A great article! It takes lots of practice to set boundaries but it is so worth the effort.
