    Hey Misha,
I don’t draw well so no art to share (my creative outlet is poetry) but I have thought of you from time to time and wanted to say hello. I hope you and your family have managed to stay healthy with this virus situation!
It’s hard for me at times to know what to feel or if I feel anything. When it first started it felt surrealistic, kind of like being in some science fiction movie. Then after it got to the U.S. it was TOO real and I would be checking for updates on how many cases and where, deaths etc, several times daily. I was immersed in the media reports and then not surprisingly I suppose, my anxiety increased and I worried about my at risk family members, friends, even my therapist because if she gets sick I would be scared, very worried and, I would probably have some stirred up abandonment fears I’m ashamed to say. But lately, I don’t feel anything. Just kind of empty.
    Take care.
