    I thoroughly enjoyed reading this article. The outline of the four steps of compassion was great. So good to read an article that goes beyond empathy. There’s a significant difference between ‘feelings’ of empathy and ‘acts’ of compassion.

    I love how Jim points out the basics that I never thought about in such clarity: we get better at what we do a lot, no matter whether it’s playing the guitar or being judgmental.
    Such a simple and powerful explanation of neuropathway creation.
