Happiness is a state of mind. But we need a proactive mechanism that brings that specific state into a cumulative growth. Both the top down & bottom up approach are the paths that leads to a greater sense of joy. What makes us happy are itself the key to happiness. But to achieve it, we must have certain aspects in mind. Like if I want to have car I want to drive or home I want to live, it may not be possible right now! I may not be able to afford that specific car or that specific house at the moment, so to reach a source of happiness there is a time delay. Which is necessary to reevaluate & find a suitable strategy that helps to reach the goal. And if constant & true effort is there, happiness will become the unavoidable outcome.
