    Thank you for the great “metaphor” you put in my thoughts. So simple, yet so profound…it sounds like you too have an awesome therapist like myself…please THANK HER for the awesome discerning about “tug-of-war”. I’ll try to keep that one in the forefront of my mind when in trouble with my irrational thinking…again, thanks for the idea…

    For me anxiety is insidious and serpentine. Not sure how to work with that one!

    I see it as a nightmare that I just want to wake up from and never see again. I’m so tired of it popping up and disruption my life. I just want it to go away and not come back, ever.
