Getting Older, Getting Better

One of the most difficult things about living with bipolar disorder is navigating enormous changes. Changes in moods, health and life constantly disrupt us.

Well, one of those changes has come.

Following its sale to Healthline, Psych Central has closed its blog network to new content. However, I’ll still be writing.

I hope the articles I’ve posted have helped you with the changes bipolar disorder heaps on us, and with information to help you predict, prevent and manage difficult moods. It has been my pleasure to connect with you.

Thank you so much for reading me. You can find more of my work at the site Practicing Mental Illness. You can also join a helpful community at the Practicing Mental Illness Facebook group.

Please stay in touch.
