    The metaphysical concept that is going mainstream is “what we resist persists” it’s that simple stop fighting at surrender and it goes away

      Thanks for your comment! It is a simple, straightforward concept but not always easy to apply, as we know, for those who are suffering. But it can still be done!

    Hi, my name is Sarah and my OCD symptoms started a year ago when I was 17. I’m going to head off for college in two weeks but the symptoms are still persisting. I’m somewhat frightened and wish to know of ways I could find therapists and support groups while at college. I’m currently in China where psychological treatments are quite rare but will be heading to America for college. also thank you so much for your posts it has meant a lot to me to know that I am not the only one facing this.
