    A super article with some extremely valuable tips on being able to lose weight with mindful eating. In particular, I think that you have hit the nail on the head with this – The problem with restricted diet plans like these is that they’re generally lacking in variety, taste, quantity, or all three, and thus difficult to stick to for any length of time. They’re simply not pleasurable.
