    A great article about the Mediterrean Diet. I will pass this along. As a former suffer from anxiety and depression, I would recommend meditation, making sure to have social support–not being afraid to reach out—journaling. I also had transcranial magnetic stimulation, and although it took a long time to work, it really, really helped.
