  1. Yes! I have only just recently understood what cognitive dissonance is and it seems you’ve just explained it a bit with your article. I believe this is a key factor in healing and breaking free of addiction. There’s also this concept of “liminal thinking” that I am beginning to grasp. It seems to be the way we can learn to change those deep held beliefs, thoughts, and feelings.

  2. Yes, Some problems are hard to change. There are numerous emotional and physical disorders that have been linked to stress, including depression, anxiety, stroke, and so on. But there are 100% possibility of stay away from it.
